Class Schedule

To Register for our courses, please choose an available skills session you would like to attend. Our courses require completion of an online portion. Any course marked 'Skills Only' means you have already purchased and completed the online portion from the AHA®.

You will be provided a link to create an account for the online portion once you have completed registration and paid for your course.

First Aid, CPR, AED w/in-person skills: Basic Community Level course includes online portion, skills portion, and eCard from the AHA® for Adults. Child/Infant optional. Meets OSHA requirements.

Pediatric First Aid, CPR, AED w/in-person skills: Basic Community Level course includes online portion, skills portion, and eCard from the AHA® for Child/Infant. Adult optional. Meets EMSA requirements.

BLS Heartcode®: Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers course includes online portion, skills portion, and eCard from the AHA®. 

BLS Skills Only: Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers skills session only - does NOT include online portion. Includes Skills Only and eCard from the AHA®. Online portion must be submitted prior to skills session.

 

Pediatric First Aid, CPR, AED w/in-person Skills

AHA Heartsaver® Total Pediatric First Aid, CPR, and AED 

Includes 3 parts:

  1. Heartsaver® Total Pediatric Online Course: AHA Heartsaver® Total Pediatric First Aid, CPR and AED online course taken at your convenience (approx. 2 to 3 hrs)
  2. Skills Assessment: Skills practice and assessment with an AHA® Instructor at the EMERGITEK skills site (approx. 2 hrs)
  3. Certification: Digital AHA Heartsaver® Total Pediatric First Aid, CPR, and AED certification eCard (received same day)

This course is comprehensive, meets EMSA qualifications, and is ideal for: childcare providers, in-home daycare, babysitters, or community members wanting to become pediatric CPR certified that have no previous medical training.

"The Pediatric Heartsaver course path of the Heartsaver® First Aid CPR AED Online course is taught in a blended learning format. Students must complete the online portion, followed by the hands-on skills session..." "...conducted by an American Heart Association Training Center Instructor. Students who successfully complete the online course and skills session, will receive a  Heartsaver®Pediatric First Aid CPR AED Course Completion card, valid for two years.

Reflecting the latest science and education from the 2020 AHA Guidelines for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC), the AHA’s Heartsaver® Pediatric First Aid CPR AED Blended Learning Course provides students the highest quality training in the lifesaving skills of first aid and/or CPR and use of an AED, with emphasis on emergencies that occur with children and infants. These courses empower students to act with confidence in the event of an emergency at work, home, or in the community.

Heartcode® Online Course: AHA Heartcode® BLS online course taken at your convenience (approx. 1-1.5 hrs)

Skills Assessment: Instructor-led, Hands-on Skills Session in our office (approx. 1.5hrs) 

Certification: Digital AHA® BLS certification eCard (received same day)

AHA Heartsaver® Total First Aid, CPR, and AED 

Includes 3 parts:

1. Heartsaver® Online Course: AHA Heartsaver® First Aid, CPR and AED online course taken at your convenience (approx. 2hrs)

2. Skills Assessment: Skills practice and assessment with an AHA® Instructor at the EMERGITEK skills site (approx. 2 hrs)

3. Certification: Digital AHA Heartsaver® First Aid, CPR, and AED certification eCard (received same day)

The course includes Adult/Child/Infant CPR, AED, and First Aid. This course meets OSHA qualifications and is ideal for: construction employees, utilities employees, lifeguards, coaches, personal trainers, or community members wanting to become CPR certified that have no previous medical training.
